Selling Methods;

There are three methods to selling a property:

1. Private treaty: The standard For Sale method with a fixed price or price range.
2. Auction: This is when a licensed auctioneer receives bids from the public on a set day and time as promoted by an agent.
3. By Tender: Where undisclosed amounts in writing are submitted with conditions and the best offer is considered.

LOCATION: As they say Location, Location, Location all prices are based on location and supply and demand.

MARKETING: Is everything, why does the hamburger and cool drink chains and any business market their goods? Because it brings more purchasers to the product, in this case your property. Sign boards, internet, advertising and brochures are a must to expose your property. Our designers, photographers and copy writers build an advertising campaign around your property to get it sold in the least amount of time achieving the best possible market price attracting the highest level of buyers.

10. Hints for preparing to sell:

1. Paint anything that needs a fresh up.
2. Do a spring clean.
3. Get rid of the clutter.
4. Fix, replace or clean:- floor coverings, curtains, leaking taps, cracked tiles, windows and mirrors.
5. Remove all rubbish and debris.
6. Pet and cigarette odors should be removed.
7. Weed and fertilize the garden, cut the lawns, clean the paving, tidy the yard.
8. Fix any maintenance items.
9. Store any unwanted items.
10. Tidy garage/ carport /shed.
